Today is my Dads Birthday, and on Saturday we through him a small little party. Here are some random pictures from that day.

bored

I was bored so I edited some old Disney World pictures.

photo session bomb!

I had a photo session today and it bomb! I guess that is to be except. Things happen right? Normally when I hear from other photographers about bomb photo session it is usually when a baby is fussy, kids are grumpy, a baby pees and soaks your back ground, etc. Rarely do I hear about photo sessions being ruined by those not involved in the session. This is what I experienced today. I have had session where kids are grumpy, I have had babies pee on my backgrounds, etc..and I usually just roll with it..I dont let anything stress me out or ruin my photos but today was a different story. I went today to a local park for pictures, the weather was so nice today so I knew there would be people at the park. As I got started with the session a girl about the age of 9 or 10 decided it would be funny to jump in front of my camera any chance she got. She even demanded that I take her picture. She was with a woman I assume was her Grandma, and the Grandma only told her one time to stop interrupting my pictures because it was rude..but did this stop her? nope! There was even a time I stopped to tell her that this was my job to take pictures and I really needed her to stop. She was old enough to know better and old enough to understand. You can even see that her Grandma was getting frustrated with her, but didnt know what to do. But she never stopped. Most of the picture that were taken has her shadow, head, blurs of her running by, hands, feet, etc. We were going to switch locations but just decided we would try for next weekend. So I am hoping for another nice weekend. So I am trying to edit what pictures I have to hopefully come up with something but we will see, if not I guess there is always next time :-)

beautiful day

Today was a beautiful day and I have been suffering with cabin fever so today it was really nice out and I didnt hesitate a bit to go outside and take pictures.
